Library Synthesis

We support both parallel and sequential synthesis with various high-throughput synthesizers with up to 192 channels and microwave synthesizers enabing AA coupling as fast as 5 min/AA.

With ~20 various high throughput synthesizers, we will support peptide library synthesis from 10 µmol – 1.0 mmol. We can synthesize peptide libraries up to 800 peptides in parallel with high success rate up to 96%. Our strong analytical support ensures high quality products with the capability to reach up to 99.9% purity.

Cyclic Peptide Synthesis

Cyclization is a prevalent strategy employed to enhance the pharmacological properties of a peptide from its linear precursor. These enhancements may include improved affinity and specificity, proteolytic stability, and/or solubility.

Our teams possess a wealth of experience in cyclic peptide synthesis, successfully delivered over 100,000 cyclic peptides.

We utilize a variety of cyclization strategies such as single/double/triple disulfide, click cyclization, lactone, lactam, and RCM. The possible cyclization positions include head-to-tail, head-to-sidechain, sidechain-to-sidechain, and sidechain-to-tail.
